Barkadeer, 5 Smugglers Row is close to the beaches and sea. It is part of the prestigious Packet Quays development and enjoys magnificent views across Falmouth Harbour, the third largest natural harbour in the world.
Our aim has been to create an extremely comfortable retreat of the highest quality. The stunning views visible from throughout the property are complimented by luxury fittings throughout.
This is our holiday home that we also rent to visitors. We love the location, the views and the locale and hope that you will gain the same enjoyment. The apartment is ideally located for exploring the coast and the many beaches in the surrounding area and is a good base for visiting the other famous attractions nearby such as The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah and Tresco Abbey.
Sleeping four adults comfortably (with a further two single sofa beds providing for larger families), the accommodation comprises lounge, kitchen, master double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedded room and separate bathroom.
The beautiful lounge, with 10-foot patio doors leading to the patio / balcony commands breathtaking views.
Furnished to a high standard, with comfortable furnishings, leather sofas and wood flooring, this room has a light and airy feel. Includes dining table for six, flat screen television, Playstation and single sofabed.
Patio
The enclosed private patio / balcony with table and chairs provides a perfect location for al-fresco dining or simply watching harbour life sail past.
Kitchen
A well equipped and thought through kitchen with picture window looking towards Flushing. Includes microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine / dryer and an abundance of kitchen items to make the apartment feel like home from home

The Family Bathroom
A fully tiled, high quality bathroom with a shower above. Beautifully decorated, to help you relax and unwind. Perfect for that hot bath or steaming hot shower after a long day’s holidaying, walking the coastal paths or sailing.
Parking
Your own dedicated parking space in Packet Quay’s underground car park. The access has a restricted height of 75" and is unsuitable for some off-road, high vehicles or those with roof-boxes.
And finally
Like many Cornish coastal properties our apartment is only accessible by a number of flight of steps (please email if youare concrned and we can provide more details). It is beautifully presented with fresh, clean linen and towels.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the tariff.
For those with children we provide a high chair, travel cot (70cm x 100cm) and a Tomy child’s bed barrier (to minimise the risk of falling out of bed). You will, however, need to bring your own cot linen.
